Returns & Refunds


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Tea Harmony.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card you used for the original purchase, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank / credit card account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transacted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed.

We only replace items if they are originally defective or damaged. Notification of originally defective or damaged goods must be made within 30 days from the date of your purchase from us, or within a reasonable amount of time from the anticipated delivery date (judged by our postage date and normal delivery estimates), whichever is fewer. We cannot be held responsible nor will we accept any liability for the treatment, handling, and condition of goods once they leave our place of business. Any courier or postage service we use for the transportation of goods from our place of business to the delivery address you supplied us with then becomes the responsible custodian of such goods for that period of time. We direct you to contact the said postage custodian to complain or seek compensation for any damage caused to our goods while in postage transit to you. We will assist as much as possible in these scenarios however we cannot guarantee or commit to any refund, return or exchange in scenarios where goods have been damaged during postage transit.


To return your product, you should mail the product to: Tea Harmony, PO Box 3074, Bateau Bay NSW 2261.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Should you fail to heed this suggestion, we will not be held responsible for any loss or items upon return transit from you to our place of business. We cannot refund or exchange any items whereby we do not receive the said goods returned by you.
